"It Is Illegal To Deny Anyone Bail, Release Baba Ijesha On Bail Now" Actor Yomi Fabiyi Tells Police.

Actor Yomi Fabiyi, has requested that his colleague, Baba Ijesha, be released on bail.

It is against the law, he claims, to hold a suspect without a trial. He went on to say that denying anyone bail for a bailable offense is unconstitutional.

Baba Ijesha has been in police custody for more than two weeks after being arrested for allegedly defiling a minor who is Princess' foster daughter.
