The primary suspect, who distributed kegs of fuel as souvenirs during a party on Victoria Island's Havilah Events Centre on March 4, 2022, has been caught and charged.
According to a statement released by CSP Adekunle Ajisebutu, the state police command's spokesperson, the suspect, Ogbulu Chidinma Pearl, was arraigned on a four-count charge of conduct likely to cause a breach of peace, endangering human life by distributing combustible matter in a public gathering, intent to do harm to another, and unlawfully carrying on the business of distributing combustible matter in a public gathering

The hearing was postponed until March 24th after she was granted bail.
