Popular Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, has apologized to Fuji music legend, Alhaji Saheed Osupa, after publicly insulting him.
The controversy started when Saheed Osupa reportedly flagged and removed one of Portable’s songs from Spotify and other streaming platforms over copyright infringement. This action angered Portable, who took to social media to mock Saheed Osupa’s appearance and question his relevance in the music industry.

Portable’s insults sparked outrage among fans and netizens, who criticized him for disrespecting an elder and a respected music icon.
Realizing his mistake, Portable returned to Instagram hours later to apologize. He admitted that his obsession with money caused the dispute and pleaded with his fans to help him beg Saheed Osupa for forgiveness. In his words:
