“I Still See Him Beside Me” — Late Gospel Singer Taiwo Adegbodu’s Twin Brother Speaks on His Painful Death

Kehinde Adegbodu, the twin brother of late gospel singer Taiwo Adegbodu, has emotionally opened up about the painful loss of his brother months after his passing.

It was earlier reported in March that the gospel singer died in the middle of the night. The heartbreaking news shocked many fans and followers, especially because Taiwo and Kehinde were well-known as twin brothers who shared a close bond both in music and family life.

Speaking during an interview with Biola Bayo, Kehinde revealed that he is still struggling to accept his brother’s death. According to him, he still feels Taiwo’s presence everywhere he goes and believes his twin is still beside him.

He explained that whenever he and their band members attend events, they often visit Taiwo’s graveside to speak with him because the reality of his death still feels unbelievable.

Kehinde also shared how deeply connected they were in life. According to him, both brothers got married on the same day and welcomed all their children in the same month, making their relationship even more special.

The singer said he never imagined losing his twin at such a young age, especially because Taiwo was active and healthy on the day he died. He added that the sudden death still confuses and pains him, as none of their spiritual fathers reportedly foresaw the tragedy.

Kehinde further revealed that after his brother’s death, someone called him with a prophecy, warning that he could also die soon if prayers were not made for him. The statement, according to him, added more fear and emotional pain during his grieving process.

Expressing his sorrow, Kehinde said he has not fully recovered from the shock of losing his brother but is trusting God to give him strength to continue.

His emotional interview has sparked sympathy online, with many Nigerians praying for comfort, healing, and strength for him and the entire Adegbodu family.
