Shocking! 15-year-old Boy Caught for allegedly stealing Littel children for N5000 reward from his accomplices

While allegedly stealing a small child, a 15-year-old boy was caught. 

The young boy said in the video that he had taken three children and that his accomplices paid him N5000 for each child. He further stated that his parents were unaware of his activities.
