The Department of State Services (DSS) has arraigned former Kaduna State governor Nasir El-Rufai before a Federal High Court in Abuja over allegations of unlawfully accessing a phone conversation involving the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu.
According to court proceedings on Thursday, El-Rufai is being prosecuted on an amended five-count charge. The prosecution informed the court that the charges had been increased from three counts to five.
